Ebru has successfully managed my unit in Epping for over 5 years. Ebru is very contactable and reliable. Her property inspection reports are thorough and useful. The unit had a recent blocked drain in the bathroom out of hours. Ebru was very quick to inform me, arranged for the required services including cleaning of carpets late at night.
